Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Only Cash On Delivery payment methods. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. Once you submit your order, our team will confirm it via phone call or WhatsApp. Please ensure that you provide an active and reachable phone number during checkout to avoid any delays. After the order is confirmed, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to your registered email address, which will include shipping details and tracking information.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation option will no longer be available, and our Exchange & Return Policy will apply. Every Day Plastic Industry reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In case an order is canceled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver products within 3–5 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the returned product.
